Hurricane Sandy had a devastating effect on many people up and down the east coast. Seaside Heights, NJ was one of the hardest hit areas. Residents on this barrier island may not return to their homes for at least another 5 months. Seaside Heights Elementary School took on more that 4 feet of water and everything in it is destroyed. All 300 students are displaced from their homes and school. Central Regional High School in Bayville, NJ has opened its doors to the elementary school. Let’s help support them this holiday season!
Today we launched the initiative:

Reach For The Beach

Help fund our campaign to raise money for 300 displaced families from Seaside Heights Elementary School in NJ. If each student brought in at least $1, we would raise close to $500. All proceeds will go toward Walmart and Target Gift Cards. The gifts will be presented to families on 12/14/12 at Central Regional High School in Bayville, NJ. Our campaign will go until 12/12/12. So let’s “Reach for the Beach” and help our neighbors. Students may place their money in the containers found in the lobby.
